The Battle of the Books team has been flying through the pages of 30 books in preparation for the Battle of the Books competition. Cheer on the Pines Panthers as they compete against other schools at the competition later in April. Will they remember enough details from the books to make it to the next round and claim the trophy?!
Also, the Forest of Reading Red Maple club members have been reading the newest Fiction titles and discussing their favourites (and not-so-favourites)! The students vote every year on their favourite books at the end of April and we’ll see if it matches with Canada’s selection.
